Byford Dog Park
On the corner of Larsen Road and Sansimeon Boulevard you’ll find plenty of wagging tails and wet noses at this state-of-the-art dog park. This fully fenced park boasts 2 sections for both big and small dogs. A fantastic feature of this park is the separate “introduction zones” between the enclosures so that your dog can take the time to feel comfortable around other dogs before venturing out into the main park. With plenty of shade, play equipment and areas for owners to socialise, this park really has it all.

Macora Walk Trail
If you and your pup love to be adventurous then look no further than this pooch friendly trail. This 2.7km loop walk is also known as the Byford Hills Trail and lies only a seven minute drive from home. Starting at Macora Falls and boasting some of the best views Perth has to offer, this trail is sure to get your heart pumping. Just make sure you pack lots of snacks, water and don’t forget to pick up after pooch!

Rockingham Dog Beach
If you’re looking to venture further out than Rockingham dog beach is worth a visit. This beach is perfect for pups who like to splash and play but aren’t too fond of waves. With calm, blue waters, BBQs, picnic shelters, water bowls and a basic kids playground, the whole family will enjoy whiling away a sunny day here.
